Founder and Principal

With more than 35 years experiences in managerial and directorship function in various major national and international companies such as Max factor & Co, S.C. Johnson and Son, Salim & Indofood Group and Joint-Venture Company with Nestle, Eliezer Hernawan Hardjo, 63 has vast experiences in business, and also education and ministry; nationally and internationally 

He currently serves in the board roles of several ministries such as the Gideons International, Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI), International Christian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and as a Deacon in a local church in Northern of Jakarta where he resides.

He is the holder of master and doctoral degrees in business administration and management from various International Universities in the United States and Europe, and in his life-long dedication to education he also teaches on business, management and leadership subjects in several universities.
